Cast & Forged Steel Gate Valves
Full-bore isolation from 1/2" to 48", Class 150 to 2500, in carbon, alloy and stainless grades.
Overview
Our gate valves are built for on-off isolation duty where a tight shut-off and minimal pressure drop decide plant availability. Bodies are cast or drop-forged in-house, machined on dedicated valve tooling, and hydrostatically proven before a single unit is released.
Design features
- Outside screw and yoke with rising stem for clear position indication
- Bolted bonnet with spiral-wound graphite gasket for repeatable sealing
- Stellite-faced seat and wedge for erosion and galling resistance
- Blowout-proof, back-seated stem machined from a single billet
- Live-loaded or graphite packing options for fugitive-emission duty
- Renewable seat rings for long field service life
