Manufacturing
Two plants in MIDC Ambad, one continuous chain of custody.
Machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing and packing all happen inside our own units in Nashik. Nothing critical is subcontracted out of sight, which is why we can hold schedule when a project timeline compresses.
Facilities
Capacity built around critical-service work.
Plant I on Plot F-97 handles primary machining and heavy fabrication. Plant II on Plot E-104 carries assembly, testing and finishing. Both operate under a single ISO 9001:2015 quality system with common inspection standards.

Castings, coordinated & inspected
WCB, LCB, C5/C12, WC6/WC9 and CF8/CF8M grades poured at certified partner foundries to our patterns.

Hot forging
Compact, pressure-dense drop forgings in A105, F5-F22 alloys and stainless grades.

Heat treatment
Controlled normalising and tempering stabilise hardness and toughness for rated service.

CNC machining
Multi-axis milling and turning hold API 600 / B16.34 dimensional tolerances batch after batch.

Precision turning
Seat and seal faces machined for leak-tight lapping and long cycle life.

Skilled assembly
Experienced fitters build up valves with controlled torque and verified internals.

Seal-welded construction
Our developed seal-welded bonnet process delivers zero-leakage valves for lethal media.

Stockholding
Deep raw-material and finished-goods stocks back urgent plant shutdowns.
Process
Seven controlled stages from enquiry to crated valve.
01
Enquiry & design review
Datasheets, line lists and specifications are reviewed against ASME B16.34 pressure-temperature ratings and available patterns before we commit a delivery date.
02
Material procurement
Castings and forgings are sourced against approved grades with mill test certificates, heat numbers recorded and carried through the build.
03
Machining
Bodies, bonnets, discs, wedges and stems machined on dedicated valve tooling, with in-process dimensional checks at each critical operation.
04
Heat treatment & hard facing
Stress relieving, normalising and annealing cycles as the grade requires, with stellite hard facing applied to seats and discs for severe service.
05
Assembly
Trim lapping, gasket and packing fitment, torque-controlled bolting and functional stroking carried out by assembly teams working to written procedures.
06
Testing & documentation
Hydrostatic shell and seat testing, air seat testing, NDE and cryogenic testing as applicable, compiled into the consignment data book.
07
Preservation & dispatch
Surface preparation, coating, flange-face protection, marking and export-grade crating before release to the freight forwarder.
Every stage signed off before the next begins.
Hold points are defined at order acknowledgement, so a client or third-party inspector always knows where the valve is.

Precision
Tolerance is a discipline, not an aspiration.
Sealing performance is decided in microns on the seat and disc faces. Our metrology room maintains calibrated instruments and CMM capability so dimensional conformity is verified against approved drawings rather than assumed from the machine setting.
