Product specification
Cryogenic Gate, Globe & Check Valves
Extended-bonnet cryogenic valves proven to -196 °C for LNG, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen service.
Overview
Cryogenic capability is one of the few areas where Indian valve manufacturing thins out quickly. Panchvati builds cryogenic gate, globe and check valves across our full size range, with extended bonnets, vapour-space gland design and cold-box testing.
Design features
- Extended bonnet sized to keep the gland above the frost line
- Vapour-space design that prevents ice formation on the packing
- Cavity pressure relief in the seat or ball arrangement
- Austenitic trim with low-temperature impact-tested body material
- Degreased and oxygen-cleaned assembly for O2 service
- Cryogenic test certificates issued with every batch
