About Panchvati
Thirty-five years of valve manufacturing, measured in plants that stayed online.
Panchvati Valves & Flanges Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1991 in Nashik, Maharashtra. Today we manufacture cast and forged steel valves for critical service across two dedicated plants, supported by a head office in Mumbai and project supply into six export markets.
Our position
We build for the duty everyone else quotes around.
A general-purpose valve supplier competes on price. A critical-service manufacturer competes on whether the valve holds. Panchvati was built for the second conversation: sour service, superheated steam, cryogenic transfer, high-differential throttling and abrasive slurry.
That focus shapes practical decisions. Bodies and bonnets are machined on dedicated valve tooling rather than shared job-shop capacity. Trim is stellite faced where the service demands it, not where the price list allows it. Pressure testing happens on our own floor, so a marginal result is corrected rather than negotiated.
It also shapes who we work with. Our clients are refinery and petrochemical operators, EPC contractors, LNG and industrial-gas companies, fertiliser complexes and power utilities — buyers who send drawings and expect an engineer to read them.

Milestones
How the capability was assembled, decade by decade.
1991
Founded in Nashik
Panchvati begins machining valve components for regional process plants, building the metallurgical and machining discipline the company still runs on.
2000s
Full valve manufacturing
Capability widens from components to complete cast and forged steel gate, globe and check valves, with an in-house pressure test bay.
2010s
Certification and export
ISO 9001 certification, IBR approval and PED/CE conformity open the door to European and North American project supply.
Today
Two plants, six export markets
Two MIDC Ambad units, a Mumbai head office, cryogenic capability to -196 °C and more than 1,000 clients served.
How we work
Four commitments that decide every order we accept.
Specification before persuasion
We would rather decline an enquiry than accept a duty our metallurgy cannot honour. Every offer states the code, class and test basis plainly.
Traceability as a habit
Heat numbers, test records and inspection reports are captured as work progresses, not reconstructed at dispatch.
Engineers on the phone
Technical enquiries reach people who have machined, assembled and tested the product — not a call routing tree.
Ownership of the process
Keeping machining, assembly, heat treatment and testing in-house is how we hold schedule when a project timeline compresses.
