Who we are

Three decades of building valves that hold when the line goes hot.

Panchvati Valves & Flanges Pvt. Ltd. has manufactured industrial valves from Nashik since 1991. What began as a small machining operation now runs two dedicated plants, an in-house test bay and an export desk serving six countries. Our work sits in refinery isolation loops, LNG cold boxes, boiler feedwater circuits and fertiliser synthesis lines — places where a valve is judged only by whether it never becomes the reason for a shutdown.

Built, not assembled

Bodies, bonnets and trim are machined and finished on our own floor, giving us control over tolerance, traceability and delivery.

Engineered per order

Over 50 customised valve solutions delivered against client-specific metallurgy, trim, end-connection and testing requirements.

Why specifiers choose us

Four reasons our valves clear third-party inspection first time.

Cryogenic capability

Extended-bonnet gate, globe and check valves proven in liquid nitrogen to -196 °C for LNG, hydrogen and air-separation duty.

Two in-house plants

Machining, assembly, heat treatment and testing across two MIDC Ambad units, so schedule and quality stay under one roof.

Certified to global codes

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, PED/CE marking and IBR approval, with designs to API 600, API 602, BS 1873 and BS 1868.

Export-ready documentation

Third-party witnessed inspection and complete data books accepted by EIL, Bureau Veritas, DNV, TÜV and Lloyd's Register.

Product range

Seven valve families, one accountable manufacturer.

Isolation, regulation and non-return duty across carbon, alloy and stainless metallurgy — specified to API, BS and ASME codes and supported by full material traceability.

Our differentiator

Cryogenic valves — the capability most Indian valve suppliers cannot offer.

Cryogenic service punishes shortcuts. Bonnet length has to be calculated so the gland never enters the frost zone, body material has to survive impact testing at temperature, and every unit has to be proven cold before it leaves. We build cryogenic gate, globe and check valves across our full size range and test them in liquid nitrogen with helium leak detection.

Extended bonnets dimensioned per installation orientation

Vapour-space gland design that keeps ice off the packing

Impact-tested LTCS and austenitic stainless bodies

Oxygen-clean, degreased assembly for O2 and hydrogen service

Quality assurance

Documentation that survives the client's inspector.

Our quality system is written for buyers who verify rather than assume. Material identification, dimensional checks, NDE, pressure testing and preservation are each recorded and issued as a consolidated data book with the consignment.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System

Documented control from enquiry review and material procurement through machining, assembly, testing and dispatch, audited on a recurring surveillance cycle.

ISO 45001

Occupational Health & Safety

Hazard identification, risk assessment and incident reporting embedded in shop-floor routine across both manufacturing units.

PED / CE Marking

European Pressure Equipment Directive

Conformity assessment for pressure-bearing valve categories, enabling supply into European Union projects without additional certification burden on the buyer.

IBR

Indian Boiler Regulations

Approved builds for steam and boiler service, with IBR Form III-C certification issued against the applicable order.

Third-party inspection

Witnessed testing routinely carried out with Bureau Veritas, DNV, TÜV, Lloyd's Register and EIL representatives on our floor.

Global presence

Supplying six export markets from two Nashik plants.

The United States remains our largest export destination, supported by established supply into Spain, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Mexico and Nigeria. Western Europe is our current growth focus, backed by PED/CE conformity.
