Overview
A check valve is only as good as its behaviour in the first second of reverse flow. Our swing and lift check designs are dimensioned to minimise slam, protect upstream equipment and hold their seat over thousands of cycles.
Design features
- Swing disc geometry tuned for low cracking pressure and controlled closure
- Renewable seat ring, hard-faced for erosive media
- Bolted cover with hinge pin accessible without line removal
- Optional counterweight and damper arrangements
- Piston and ball check variants for pulsating service
- Non-slam behaviour verified during functional testing
